I hope that you all have great times at your parties. Please don't forget the previously posted guidelines as you conduct your meetings. Also, if you have still not scheduled your mid-year check-up meeting, please do so as soon as possible.

Christmas Party Guidelines for 12/19/07

Refinery Leaders,

As you are thinking about plans for your Christmas gatherings to be held on Wednesday the 19th, here are a few things to keep in mind:



1. Make sure that if you plan to be any place but at the regular host home at the regular time that you get approval first (919-413-7218) This is very important!

2. Plan to do the 10 minute Micah 5:2 devotional that you will be taught at training this coming Sunday.

3. Consult the host home families and get their input on what is possible for you to do.

4. Once a plan is in place and has been approved(if it requires different times or locations), then be sure that all parents are informed at least a week ahead of schedule.

5. Enjoy the evening. Let it be a profitable time for getting to know some of the students in your group that you haven't made a real connection with yet.

Leadership Training 12/09/07

Please don't forget that we have leadership training this Sunday, December 9th at 5:30pm. We will be studying Micah 5:2 and will be handing out leader Christmas gifts. Please plan to attend unless providentially hindered. If you cant make it please email me at mike@inquest.org.
